All our call centre advisors undergo a rigorous training programme, including classroom training; one-to-one’s with Team Managers and ‘buddying’ until the advisor is ready to take live calls on their own. Our experienced Team Manager’s monitor calls on a daily basis and ensure that further training is provided, where necessary, to ensure the perfect balance is maintained in terms of efficiency and customer service.
Our capable in-house software developers and I.T. technicians have years of direct experience working in call centres in both the UK and Asia. In particular, they have assisted in setting up international call centres both in terms of telephony and I.T. They can create a variety of call centre solutions ranging from bespoke databases to implementation of dialler systems.
