NEW 'TRANSFORMING LEADERSHIP' PROGRAMME Gains Institute of Leadership 'Associate' AND 'Member' Approval

We are delighted to share our good news with you: the new APEX Transforming Leadership' Programme received Institute Approval and recognition as a pathway grading to BOTH ILM Associate AND Member grades! 

This programme is innovative in its use of current Leadership Thinking combined with British Psychological Society accredited Psychometrics! 

The Institute said: "The programme has been recognised as supporting improved leadership practice and the programme content, learning materials and approaches have been assessed to be current, relevant and of a high quality, supporting and attracting the diverse needs of learners". 

The programme has been mapped to the Institute's My Leadership Components and all 5 Dimensions of Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership & Collaboration. The programme comprises of 2 courses: Leadership Meaning and Leadership Belonging, which can be taken separately and at the learner's own pace. 

Each course of learning awards ILM Associate level if taken separately. 

Successful completion of both courses leads to FULL Institute Membership and the professional designated letters MInstLM.
